Assess Development Workshops

Our career development workshops for groups of ten to fifteen people provide confidential developmental feedback in a supportive setting. Using our Assess System, participants receive detailed personality assessment feedback, 360 degree feedback and developmental action planning in a structured workshop format which can be tailored to specific organizational needs. Our Assess system also provides comprehensive group level results to assist in training and development planning.

Assess Coaching Workshop

Our coaching workshops for groups of ten to fifteen people, prepare managers to assist employees in utilizing Assess results and in writing a developmental plan. Assess Group Summary Reports are used to identify strengths and development needs for the participant group. As part of the workshop, managers also receive their personal Assess Development Report and construct a developmental Action Plan.

Team Effectiveness Coaching

Assess Comparison Plots can be used to coach small groups (or pairs of individuals) to recognize similarities and differences in their Assess results and consider the implications for team effectiveness. This feedback can be delivered as part of a team building program.
