When Should ASSESS Be Used?

ASSESS produces reports that are designed to assist in a variety of human resource decisions:

Promotion:  Although observed job performance should be the primary consideration when making a promotion decision, some promotions involve significant changes in job responsibility. (For example, the promotion from individual contributor to supervisor or manager.) Especially when the new job requires the demonstration of new skills and abilities not observable in the old job, ASSESS can help by providing objective indicators of potential strengths and weaknesses in the new position.

The Standard Reports offer comprehensive information in the areas of intellectual ability, thinking style, work approach, motivations and interpersonal style.

The Competency Based Reports offer further insight into important organizational specific competencies needed in a new role, and how the individual's personality may help or hinder their display of these crucial factors.

The Selection focused reports can help you narrow the field of candidates and the Development version of the reports can help your finalists(s) close their developmental gaps.
