- Learn to align competency models with business strategy.
- Become certified to use our Strategic Success Modeling process (SSM) to develop or adapt high quality custom competency models.
- Learn how the ASSESS personality profile scales can impact the display of competencies.
- Understand the mapping of competencies to ASSESS personality and ability constructs.
- Utilize competency-based ASSESS selection reports and structured interviews to facilitate hiring candidates who best fit the model of success.
- Utilize competency-based ASSESS development reports and 360 degree feedback reports to help current employees target strengths and gaps in relation to important competencies.
- Receive SSM Software, SSM Facilitation Guide and presentation materials.
Sessions will include a mix of lecture, discussion, case studies and group exercises.
