In order to accelerate our status as a leading provider of Human Resource selection and development solutions in this rapidly changing environment, we have decided to combine forces with Merlin Technologies (www.merlintechcorp.com). Merlin’s mission is to create recruiting and development solutions of indispensable value for its clients by combining high-quality providers like Assess Systems into a seamless suite of integrated offerings.

Assess Systems (Bigby, Havis and Associates) is now the foundation and flagship division of Merlin. Dr. Dave Bigby remains the president of Assess Systems and is a member of Merlin’s Board of Directors. Dave and the other principals of Assess Systems are significant investors in Merlin.
