Why Custom?

Many jobs are unique, many clients are unique, many job environments are unique. Off-the-shelf tests or tests designed for other jobs or other situations may not be the best for your job.

In other cases, an existing test may be appropriate, but its use may require justification with a formal validation study.

The need for a validation study increases if the test may have adverse impact on a protected group or if you have a large company with many people in the job.
